Naomi Nicola is a licensed Realtor® born and raised in Berkshire County, Massachusetts, with a lifelong passion for helping others and a strong foundation in both real estate and healthcare. With over 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she brings empathy, professionalism, and a deep understanding of people to every client interaction.

At just 22, Naomi purchased her first home, where she raised her three daughters while also caring for her elderly grandparents. In 2015, she expanded into real estate investment, managing an 8-unit apartment building in Massachusetts, which she successfully operated and sold in 2021. She continues to own and rent residential property in the state.

During her transition from Massachusetts to Florida, Naomi obtained her CDL Class A license and traveled the country in an 18-wheeler alongside her husband—a testament to her adventurous spirit, adaptability, and drive to embrace new experiences.

Naomi is a CPS (Certified Probate Specialist), She provides the knowledge, resources, and guidance to help families manage the real estate side of probate with compassion and clarity. Out of more than 15,000 real estate agents in Lake, Sumter, and Marion County, less than 1% hold the CPS designation.
